(1) An anionic heteropolysaccharide sodium salt raw material.
(2) Suitable for anionic/amphoteric/nonionic surfactants. Not compatible with cationic substances.
(3) Compared with regular food-grade Xanthan Gum, it has stricter control over heavy metal content and better total microbial count control.
(4) Viscosity is not affected by temperature. It is pseudoplastic and has anti-binding effects, reducing colloid syneresis.
(5) Provides thickening effects for emulsions, suspensions, colloids, and shampoos.
(6) Stabilizing effect on suspensions, emulsions, and foams.
(7) Good stability within pH range 3 ~ 12.
